Not going to pile on and tell you you must upgrade...
You can use a tool like pyenv to build Python IF another answer doesn't present itself - it how to build just about any version (not just cpython, but pypy, anaconda and more). The Real Python folks have written a fairly complete description (plus of course there's the project's own documentation):
