So I build Tcl, Tk, and Itcl locally from a fossil checkout..
No prob..
I then get teacup.exe from
https://teapot.activestate.com/entity/name/teacup/indexI rename and drop it in to C:\Tcl\bin\
I create and register a repository I created under lib with my tclsh86t.exe
All great so far..
Then I do a teacup list and get:
0 entities found
