Digital pen for Oukitel RT1

Hello everyone,
I hope I am in the right place.
I would need to know what are the models of digital pens from Wacom (or another good manufacturer) with "passive capacitive" technology. Reading their website, I didn't understand it.
I asked Wacom technical support, but they couldn't tell me. They only provided me with useless and misleading information.
I have to use the pen with my Oukitel RT1 tablet. I asked them (Oukitel) which pens were suitable and they said, "Dear customer.
Our tablets only support passive capacitive pens.".
