Giving a hit with a partly different phone number is not an example of
gettting worse.  They always have given close when they can't find
exact.

  Indeed. Keith (Nuttle) probably didn't do an exact search, because if
you do - i.e. double quotes around the phone number - the first result
*does* list the specified number.
