written is incorrect for the UK.

Vodafone discontinued their RCS service March, 2023; O2
discontinued their RCS service in October, 2023. Their customers
now use Google/Jibe.

I have been unable to find anything definite about Three or EE
but suspect they are also using Google/Jibe.
