Photoshop magic wand remove background

Is there a free Android photo editor that removes the background?

One way that Photoshop does that is by the magic wand.
The magic wand selects everything but the background.
Or the other way around (if you reverse the magic wand).

Then you delete the background.

That way you can superimpose the image onto another photo.
If you make the (now gone) background color to be transparent.

Any Android free photo editor you know of that removes background?
