I found 136 posts since 2016, and the earliest reference is Dec 13 2023 by Wally J, which is one of his aliases. My search engine can not tell which of those posts are replies, ie, quoted material. It is a raw text search on the store, so no threads.

 Skyica was "founded" in late 2022.  Not sure when they first released
App Finder.  Didn't find a release history to see when it showed up.
Looks to have shown up around Sep 2023 according to Google Groups
discussions, or Nov 2023 according to:
