I had no idea of the existence of another tool to search for apps, plain simple.
that you are so intense in praising that tool, trying to convince us, and even insulting us if we are not convinced, is enough to put me away from trying the tool.
When you blame me for your abnormal fears of an APK, all I can do is softly
chuckle to myself that it's obvious you are afraid of a simple APK install.
You're blaming me because you are afraid.
You hate yourself - because you're afraid of an APK.
So you blame me instead.
Rest assured... Just like it's fine that some people are deathly afraid of spiders, it's
perfectly fine for you (and Vanguard) to be deathly afraid of app APKs.
Particularly apps that replace Google functionality you're afraid of.
And that's OK.
Most people who know nothing about Android are afraid like you are.
Fearmongers are afraid to use any app that replaces Google functionality.
1. The FairEmail app replaces the GMail app functionality
2. The NewPipe app replaces the YouTube app functionality
3. The Bromite app replaces the Chrome app functionality
4. The PulseSMS app replaces the Google messenger app functionality
5. The AuroraStore app replaces the Google Play Store app functionality
6. The Skyica App Finder replaces Google Play Store app functionality
etc.
I realize just the mere mention of those apps, makes your heart palpate.
The fear you feel from hearing those names - is palpable in what you write.
You're AFRAID of an app.
On an Android newsgroup.
It's only my personal opinion that this newsgroup, an android newsgroup, is
supposed to be populated by people who are NOT afraid of an app.
But it's fine for YOU (and Vanguard) to be deathly afraid of every app.
I don't care that you quake in fear at the mere mention of an app APK.
What's NOT fine is for you (and Vanguard) to blame ME for your fears.
Keep your anxiety and trembling due to dread of apps to yourself.
Please do not blame me because you are afraid of every app there is.
I can't fix this abnormal panic you feel from every frightening app.
I'm the wrong guy to help you overcome the terror an APK instills in you.
