Certainly, you're not suggesting that anyone who tries to install Linux on a Windows PC is doomed to fail, because we've seen that even people like RonB have done so successfully.
So just what tangible evidence do you have that it is something that has to do with the shortcomings of Linux and not shortcomings of *you*?
