Is it a USB camera or a wifi one?  The USB cameras often appear as standard
webcams and can be used as such with a PC or Mac.  For Android they often
need a USB camera app which can be a bit unreliable - the best I've found is
com.shenyaocn.android.usbcamera

If it's wifi then the communication may be proprietary and need their
specific app.
