covered in the article, is that the simplest way to negate that tracking is
to not set up a Google Account on the phone.
 You can have Google Accounts (I have plenty).
Just not set up as an explicit "Account" in the Android operating system.
 Because an "Account" tells Google you want to automatically log into it.

Ok, that basically means that we can not instantly negate the
DataSetIdentifier (DSID) cookie by a simple action that is trivial to do. We being the 99% of Android users in the world.
