There's nothing special about adb or stunnel, they're just programs that
want to listen on TCP ports, if something else already has that port
open, they will fail, it may be unexpected that hyper-v has laid claim
to blocks of ports, is all.
I don't disagree where with adb most people don't mess with the port but
with stunnel you have to pick a port for each nntp server. I use stunnel,
by the way, because my newsreader is a bunch of scripts.
I wonder... if I modified the scripts to use openssl instead of telnet,
would I be able to eliminate stunnel (for example for nntp servers like
mixmin which require encryption to post)?
