You sinner! In short order, the Usenet Court will decide what
your penance should be. Be prepared that it will be *very*
severe!

Thanks Father Frank (of the Usenet Universal Android Church) for
your needed blessings. This is my first post on the new W11 toy. I
pray that it works...Yes, it worked! Well, insofar Thunderbird can 'work'! :-)
I still had my old favorite TB version 45 tucked away in Google Drive.
Somehow I just never got around to erasing it. Kind of like a reformed
off the sauce (Windows) alcoholic keeping an old bottle around just in
case...
Apparently coming in Android 16:

then do what? But that's Android 16. My current phone is stuck on 13 (after 10, 11
and 12), so I'll see when (if?) I ever get there.
You're in the modern world. My Galaxy S10+ is at Android 12. It was last
updated 6-1-24. But it says "you're all set" with a neat check mark in a
green circle continuing: "Your phone has been updated to the latest
software version" so I guess I that's supposed to put me at ease...
Time to remove my bank apps yet??
