Read between the lines, man, the installer hung like that because they
wanted me to just keep my existing installation, the in-place upgrade
failing to work was locking me into keeping 21.x.  I had no way to get
to 22 without a clean install, which they don't want to support, even
though I *have* donated money to them.  So, that tells me to look
elsewhere, and I did.  openSUSE isn't perfect, but I don't dislike it.


and you know me, I'm an early
adopter.  So that was unacceptable.

I would still say that if I could've installed 22, but there are other
distros.

Amendment XIV
Section 1.

nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal
protection of the laws.

Dobbs rewrites this, it is invalid precedent.  States are
liable for denying needed abortions, e.g. TX.
