That's a platitude, the desktop market is not what it once was because
of the existence of smartphones etc., but Windows and Linux and even
macOS are still very purposeful, when one doesn't want to be relegated
to a fucking handheld, battery-powered device.

Dobbs rewrites this, it is invalid precedent.  States are
liable for denying needed abortions, e.g. TX.
