Chris V. is a fucking prick, but we've been through this, Forte Agent
runs under Wine, even the final 8.0 version I'm using, much less is it
a problem with 1.x.  You *know* this.

nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal
protection of the laws.

Dobbs rewrites this, it is invalid precedent.  States are
liable for denying needed abortions, e.g. TX.
