with just real cream; ordinary "ice cream" may have all sorts.
How about stabiliser gum and emulsifiers, etc. in the US?
Depends on the brand -- and they will appear in the federally-mandated
list of ingredients.
We have a few local dairies in our county that offer ice creams. Cost
a bit more than the "usual" brands, but they are worth it. There's
also Tillamook from Oregon:
