You are projecting Caucasian North American values onto another
culture, arbitrarily, out of a secret agenda to discredit them as
people, if that isn't racism, well, what do we say is racism?

Section 1.

life, liberty, or property, without due process of law;
nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal
protection of the laws.

Dobbs rewrites this, it is invalid precedent.  States are
liable for denying needed abortions, e.g. TX.
