He's just stupid, whether he supports Trump or not I don't know, but I
said all along Biden was too old to run for a second term, and
suspected this might happen.  Vice Pres. Harris is able to move
forward with their campaign, I'm enthused.

Dobbs rewrites this, it is invalid precedent.  States are
liable for denying needed abortions, e.g. TX.
