No. It takes a long time to delete 100K small files on Windows.
I don't like polluting my system with that much extraneous junk. MS already puts untold amts of unused, undocumented stuff willy nilly all over the place in C:\Users\<usr>\AppData and C:\Windows

It's a much better user experience than Linux.
