“MS” ... “bogus” ... but you repeat yourself.
There is an irony in DFS repeatedly assailing the M$ account thing,
but yet putting up with Winblows' more generalized shittiness.
You have some 'splainin' to do:
"I love Windows"
"I love Windows"
"I love Windows"
"I love Windows"
"I love Windows"
"I will probably never run Linux again
Why did you love Windows "shittiness" so?
Why did you give up on Linux?

He cares so much about the Wintendoware he runs under it,
"Wintendoware" >>>>>>>>>> Linux hobbyware, as you know.  That's why you're still running various Win apps.

that he'll accept the unbelievably bad design.
When running Windows you rarely have to deal with the bad parts of Windows: inscrutable OS file layout, insane Registry, updates forcing reboots that interrupt your work.
When running Linux you ALWAYS have to deal with GuhNoo/Linux (cr)apps.
