 Worked well? Ever try to find out which of multiple copies of the same Registry
key is the one you need to modify?
 And the damn thing gets bigger and bigger (and presumably slower and slower) as
you install stuff.
 

Ccleaner has a registry cleaner which you can back up and clean on demand.
