It's an improvement over 10, I would say, but then it's also yet
another increase on demand of resources, it's funny, 21H2 (the
original version) wasn't anymore bloated than late Win10, but by now
that's changed, if I were to stick with M$ for the life of my
computer, 12 would not only be the dead-end upgrade for me, but would
keep bloating until 13 succeeded it, and I'd end up shooting myself or
