Back in the days of X yore, I ran AfterStep. WindowMaker (now "Window
Maker") dockable apps worked with AS, if I'm remembering correctly.
Thinking about playing around with WM itself as a possible replacement
for xfce4. Has anyone tried or is using Window Maker? And if so, how is
it?
I tried it.
If you have a high-DPI screen, don't bother. I increased the font sizes
with the configuration app, including the system font -- and it didn't
adjust the size of the widgets in the config app, making the entries
unreadable.
