 So randomly, so quickly and so often. They're dying of heart problems (or
strokes) that used to effect old and/or out of shape people. Not young and
strong athletes in the prime of their lives.

You would think that Americans who weren't watching soccer and therefore didn't notice athletes suddenly dying would have at least noticed Damar Hamlin's situation in the NFL.
