What’s happening is the definition of “desktop” keeps shrinking as Linux
gobbles more and more of the computing market.

Android is the most widely used OS, so maybe that's the basis, but
Windows certainly isn't as prominent as it used to be even among
desktop users.

Dobbs rewrites this, it is invalid precedent.  States are
liable for denying needed abortions, e.g. TX.
