That's why I posted it. RT on Arm failed in part because developers were
skeptical and didn't jump on the new platform. This time around MS made
sure the emulator can run standard Windows programs (Wine, anyone) and
Qualcomm pushed out a relatively cheap development system to attract
people working on native apps.
Time is running out for Qualcomm's exclusive contract. Next year may be
interesting.
