On the websites of every Caltech course this drama queen teaches he puts:
* his pronouns
* links to that "Identity" statement
* "Diversity, inclusion, and belonging are all core values of this
    course."
So students are forced to know he's sick in the head.  Academia allows all this, of course, so as to not offend anyone.
