Uh huh.  But it *sucks*.  Even current *Win10* sucks, on machines like
this article describes, I would wager, 20H2 certainly did on my old
computer.  Who in their right mind is doing this nonsense?  Just use
Linux, FFS, Mint makes it as easy as could conceivably be, if you have
the tiniest initiative.  M$ themselves would agree with me, I know,
because my chats with Copilot on Skype for Linux have praised Linux,
and affirmed my feelings about it.  Win11 23H2 wasn't wonderful on
*my* computer, which was an ideal machine for the Win11 upgrade,
initially.  The bloat is cancerous.

Dobbs rewrites this, it is invalid precedent.  States are
liable for denying needed abortions, e.g. TX.
