That's the real world. If you wait for all the tests to be OK before
releasing anything, you'll never release anything. Now some failed tests
are more important than others and you need to fix the limit between
critical failures and minor failures. I'm not saying the limit fixed by
Microsoft is good, I'm only saying that the limit is not a Microsoft
exclusive way of realising features.
