First place I'm going to when I hit my goal of 200lbs is El Torero, then for dessert a Dairy Queen peanut buster parfait.  Soft serve, hot fudge and peanuts.  DQ now charges $7 for it, so I've only had 2 in the last 5 years.  I don't think it's possible to make one as good as theirs.
