I wouldn't call Puerto Rico a floating pile of garbage but I've had to
deal with them in the past. Corrupt, incompetent, and lazy fits, at

After Hurricane Maria they sat around and did nothing.  For weeks CNN
showed the same 3-second video clip of a piece of earth-moving equipment
moving a pile of dirt in PR.
 
Turns out 3 months after the hurricane, 45% of PR people were still
without power.

For every AOC there is a Puerto Rican that knows Trump provided immediate
aide while the PR administration screwed the pooch.
