The best fish I ever ate was albacore my uncle caught and my grandmother

When I lived in New Hampshire there was a restaurant on the waterfront in
Portsmouth. When the sport fishermen snagged a tuna they would buy the
fish after the requisite photo-op. We knew one of the waitresses and she
would alert us to fresh tuna on the menu.
I know people who like Talapia a lot. It's supposed to healthy for you,
I think. I don't know if I've ever eaten it, but I see it in the grocery
stores. Probably should try it some time.
It's sort of tasteless like catfish but not bad. I don't care for trout
and that includes coho salmon which is a big trout in my opinion. I do
like Atlantic salmon though.
