There is an irony in DFS repeatedly assailing the M$ account thing,
but yet putting up with Winblows' more generalized shittiness.  He
cares so much about the Wintendoware he runs under it, that he'll

Dobbs rewrites this, it is invalid precedent.  States are
liable for denying needed abortions, e.g. TX.
