DFS uses Winblows well, as I did.  The difference is, he's still doing
it, whereas I have permanently flushed M$.  I gave *him* my product
key.  That's how certain I am, that Win11 will never curse my
beautiful computer, again.

Section 1.

Dobbs rewrites this, it is invalid precedent.  States are
liable for denying needed abortions, e.g. TX.
