How am I "going on?"

Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha!  What a dumb-head!

I am merely reporting the CPU type and basic specs.

The Xeon W is a better processor overall.  It is more durable than all
AMD junk and it uses ECC memory (of which I shall acquire 32 G).

However, I am "going on" about the remarkable bargains that I have
encountered.  Current Xeon W processors with similar specs cost about
four times as much and the same for motherboards.
