At least eliminate anyone who cannot initiate a thread no matter what he looks like or says or knows or lies and/or boasts about. If they cannot initiate threads, they're sick poppies. If an active professor of computer science appears in this forum and never initiates a thread, kill file him. He's a sick poppy, not worth your time.
