Even with the transition from VHS to DVD I realized I didn't need to see
every bead of sweat on Christy Moore's forehead.
I've noticed many recent productions tend to be dark. (visually, not
thematically). I think this may be a decision to keep the ambient lighting
low enough that the crappy work on the sets doesn't stand out in 4k.
