One of the applications used for today's Fedora regression test was
fastfetch. I hadn't ran into it before but 'fastfetch -c all' from a
console gives very complete information about the system.
https://github.com/fastfetch-cli/fastfetchI also tried it on the Fedora and Ubuntu boxes.
fwiw, the test of installing Fedora 42 on Windows from a tarball was a
success, including running Firefox and podman. I ran it on the Acer laptop
with a AMD Ryzen 7 but other testers reported success on various machines.
