My Lenovo Flex 14 is almost 7 years old, still in great shape (for a long time
I used a keyboard protector). I have an ASUS that's 12 or so, but right now
it's powered down since I don't need it. On that one, the keys are badly worn,
and so is the keyboard cover. Got an older desktop box in the attic.
