Yeah, I've noticed that too.
Several iterations back, there was discussion of Fedora appearing
to stay one kernel behind the release, but that died on the vine.
The 'froup seems more oriented nowadays around talking about
"pwning the libs" than anything having to do with Linux.
I think that's a reflection of Usenet, though -- it's the last
