The enwiktionary is available for download but only as XML files and
I'm not sure how I can utilize these.
Wiki recommends GoldenDict as desktop software but GoldenDict only accepts
certain formats.
I do not want any web interfaces. All lookups are to be done locally.
I need to research this.
