Jesus Christ Chris. C'mon. Everyone knows this. It's all over the net.
And has been. For years. The letters are public. Stop being an Apple troll.
Being ignorant is one thing.
But brazenly disputing facts that everyone knows - is what fools do.
Look it up.
We've discussed it MANY times Chris.
Just because *you've* discussed it doesn't means anyone believes your
assertions.
Given your very obvious foot-stomping it seems clear you have no evidence.
For God's sake, Chris. You could look it up you know. Takes two seconds.
No it doesn't. You make very explicit claims about Apple's and the EU's
motivations behind the regulations. These are unverifiable and unevidenced
by you.
The mere existence of the EU regulations does not mean Apple has failed in
any way.
The whole world has known this fact - for years - Chris. Except you.
You're suffering from main character syndrome. You think the world revolves
around you. It doesn't.
And yet, you dispute what everyone already knows and has known for years.
This is my main problem with you kindergarten-like uneducated Apple trolls.
You know nothing; and yet you deny everything.
a. It's OK that you're ignorant, as many people are ignorant.
b. But your entire goal in life is to *remain* ignorant forever.
c. It would take a nuclear blast to make you bother to run a search.
You Apple trolls know nothing & yet you deny everything.
That's not normal behavior, Chris.
Anyway, I solved your problem by putting references in this new thread.
*The long-awaited EU battery-lifetime standards kick in on June 20, 2025*

I now expect you to dispute that the EU actually exists.
No-one ever disputed that nor that the (frankly welcome) battery regulation
exists, fuckwit.
What I and many others dispute is your interpretation of the regulation.
And I use the term "interpretation" very loosely. You claim facts where
there are none and then get upset when someone pulls you up on it.
While the above links are welcome, nothing except your own fevered posts
make any specific reference to Apple "failing" this or that test. Your
argument is akin to claiming that absence of evidence is evidence of
absence which is "antilogical"
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Evidence_of_absenceWhat is very clear is that Apple meets all tests with new phones that enter
the market under the new regulations. Just like any other manufacturer. So,
thanks for the reassurance.
The only distinction in the EU market was that for a few weeks the two-year
old lightning-containing iphone 14 was removed from sale where it was still
available elsewhere, like the UK. This was due to the USB-C EU regulation
coming in at the end of 2024. Since the release of the 16e the 14 was
removed everywhere.
Keep trying, but I will keep holding your feet to the fire regarding your
self-perpetuated "facts".
