Apple is not a computer company.

Apple is the largest computer and software company in the world. And every
computer they sell is running Unix. From Macs to watches.

Instead of cobbling together your current pile of shit computer using parts
from your grandfather's garage, maybe you should consider a modern computer
from an actual "Compamy".
Personally I'm not a fan of the Mac OS GUI implementation. To me it seems
kind of unwieldy. I guess I could get used to it if I had to, but I don't
have to. And the advantage of Linux is that it will run on just about
anything, even "throw away" Macs.
