 I frequently use PuTTY to ssh into Linux boxes on the network but use RDP
to get to the Windows boxes. The Bitvise SSH Server sounds like it would
work.

I know putty, but what I want is to ssh into Windows and get an actual shell where I can run Windows commands. Out of the box, obviously, so extra software is not an option.
