I switched to olive oil long ago but it didn't have anything to do with
'science'. When I opened a bottle of the heart friendly canola oil it
smelled like the can of boiled linseed oil I use on tool handles. "This
can't be good."
Even 'canola' is a misdirection; it sells better than saying rapeseed.
