People in the US automatically assume that they are the best in the world
at everything, so if they suck at something, nobody else could possibly be
doing it better, could they?

Some of the many countries that enjoy greater press freedom than the USA:
Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, South Africa, Tonga, Liberia.
