offering their customers. And whether they were worth the paper they were

I have no idea, bit if they weren't offering any, why would anyone buy their service, and why would their share price collapse 30% this week?

The trouble with you Lawrence, is that you never ever accept that your off the cuff un thought out remarjs might in fact be wrong.
