and his followers were driven out of New York and Smith was eventually
killed in Illinois. It wasn't an auspicious beginning.
Actually I rather like Mormons. They are rather innocent not usually
very bright, but very nice to each other.

organized social lives. My brother lived in Utah for 20 years. His wife
was the daughter of a Baptist minister and while not exactly a pariah
found little fellowship. She referred to the experience as 'camping out'.
