There is a certain charm to being "lost in translation", but in my case

were some lucrative contracts for experienced Forth programmers. I took a
pass.
In later years the company I worked for was bidding on a project for the
Saudis and we were visited by them. We had an earlier project that had
many difficulties. I'd seen a battery powered flying pig dressed in
motorcycle leathers and goggles as a play on Harley hogs. I thought it
apropos since I have a Harley and I figured the project would be completed
when pigs learned to fly so I bought it and hung it from the rafters in my
area. I was directed to get rid of the pig left the Saudis be offended.
The Saudis left, we didn't get the contract, and the pig rode again.
